"I have read most diet books available on the planet, have tried them all, and have probably lost a total of 1,000 pounds in my lifetime of up and downs! Water with Lemon is the first book that made sense to me. It is written in such a way that I felt a part of the characters' lives, and truly understood the plan and what needs to be done to accomplish a healthy lifestyle. Immediately after reading the book, I rearranged my kitchen, my eating and shopping habits, and my preparation skills! I now proudly make "deposits" and "withdrawals" from the "bank" in my freezer!"When people comment on my weight loss, and ask what diet I am on, I tell them I am not on a diet, that I have just adopted new habits.
